Build and disassemble your exhibition booth with the modular system
How to stand out at an event with your booth or stand?
To truly stand out at an event, whether it be a trade fair, a tech show or a city festival, you need to go above and beyound in your visual expression – both to draw attention and to be remembered once your guests/clients/partners go home and digest their impressions from the event.
There are a few strategies to deploy if you want to achieve this remembrance in the minds of the people living in a world where new impressions and experiences come faster and closer to each other than ever before.
Create a Showpiece
The Bella Group created this "fountain of ferns" to draw visitors
If your budget is limited – or maybe your space is restricted to a smaller area – a good way to capture the attention of the people you want is one focused center piece to attract people to your booth or exhibition.
Â
Once they are there, even though the rest of the stand might not be to a level of the showpiece, at least you have gained their gaze, and thus the conversation can start (or they will at least remember the brand, as long as the center piece correctly displays this in some way.
Creative agency TRIAD used GRID to erect these unique asymmetric pillars
To section off your offering from others at a fair or trade show, you can literally section off your exhibition and invite visitors inside your booth, for a full 360 degree experience. You can then use it to achieve interesting designs that use this spatial feature to its full extent or you can have spaces to have direct 1:1 conversations with clients and visitors.
Invite guests into your booth
