Dinotronic, a digital workplace provider, chose GRID’s modular furniture system to create a modern office interior that balances functionality, flexibility and a comfortable working atmosphere. Combining double-sided room dividers, integrated plant boxes and versatile seating, the solution helps define different zones within the workplace while maintaining an open and cohesive environment.
The architect in charge, Von Petersdorff, designed freestanding office room dividers built with GRID, that can be positioned in the middle of a room, creating practical separation between work areas without compromising the overall layout. Complemented by partitions with plant boxes, that bring a touch of green into the office, the modular system helps create a welcoming atmosphere that supports both focus and collaboration.
The meeting room features a GRID seating arrangement designed with comfort and flexibility in mind. A combination of top panel seats and upholstered seats provide a place for meetings and discussions, and integrated castors make the seating easy to move and rearrange as needs change. This allows the space to adapt effortlessly to different meeting formats and activities.
The interior features Juniper lacquer and smoked oak veneer from the GRID Colour and Material Collection, selected from the Juniper Mood. The combination of deep blue tones and warm wood creates a refined, understated expression that brings calm and balance to the modern office environment. The smoked oak veneer also echoes materials used elsewhere in the office, matching the hardwood flooring in the meeting room and the built-in shelving integrated into the wall.
This coordination demonstrates how GRID Colour Moods can help create a cohesive interior by connecting the modular furniture system with the existing materials and finishes of a space.
Instead of clashing with its surroundings, like you risk with traditional fixed furniture solutions, GRID adapts to the architectural context, allowing colours and materials to work together across the entire interior.
Von Petersdorff and Dinotronic demonstrate how modular office furniture, flexible room dividers, integrated plant boxes and mobile seating can transform a workplace into a functional and inviting environment, tailored to the needs of a contemporary digital business. All built with GRIDs modular office interior system.
