The Grand Musée du Parfum was a Paris perfumery museum located in the former residence of the Roederer Champagne family, and later the location of fashion house Christian Lacroix.
In this townhouse mansion, at 73, rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, exhibitions included legendary perfumes from some of the most significant perfume houses, including Hermes, Cartier and Guerlain.
The museum was operating from 2016-2018 and was funded by the French entrepreneur Guillaume de Maussion and supported by the Syndicat Francais de la Parfumerie, an assembly of 66 different perfoume houses.
The exhibition showed perfume bottles designed by Pierre Dinand. He designed the famous bottle of "Madame Rochas" (1958) - the first perfume bottle made of plastic and metal.
The exhibition took place in both Paris and London.
